TEDxTayHoWomen is licensed event supporting main TEDWomen 2018 conference, which will be held from November 28-30, 2018, in Palm Springs, California. Women the world over are no longer accepting the status quo. They’re rising up, breaking out and pushing boundaries. Whatever their focus and talent — business, technology, art, science, politics — these pioneers and their allies are joining forces in an explosion of discovery and ingenuity to drive real, meaningful change.
TEDxTayHoWomen is half-day conference and great exciting experience of women empowerment. Women of Vietnam, sisters of Ba Trieu, work hard to make Vietnam better place for their children. Resources and Partnerships Leader at Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation
Caitlin arrived in Hanoi from Australia in June 2001 and immediately fell in love with the city. What was initially intended to be a one year time out turned into a seventeen year (and counting) love affair. Caitlin has worked for various different international non-government organisations in Vietnam all focussed on addressing social exclusion, inequality, and violations of human rights. Caitlin has been involved with Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation since it began, and is now a senior staff member at the organisation. Through her work and research she aims to counter individualistic narratives that serve to separate people and pit us in competition with each other. She hopes to help people to show up for each other, enable voice for the voiceless, and address inequality & exclusion wherever it is found.
